As a Workforce Staffing Administrator, you are at the heart of our hiring engine. This role supports the high-volume hiring process for our fulfillment and operations teams. You will be responsible for coordinating hiring events, managing candidate communication, processing applications, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new associates. Your organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are critical to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute high-volume hiring events.
 - Manage candidate pipelines and application statuses in our applicant tracking system.
 - Communicate with candidates regarding application status, next steps, and onboarding requirements.
 - Prepare and process new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessions.
 - Generate reports on hiring metrics and event performance.
