Job Description

As an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Associate, you are the guardian of our inventory's accuracy and quality. This role involves a blend of analytical and hands-on work, including cycle counting inventory, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards. Your attention to detail is critical to providing a perfect order experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound products.
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and generate reports.
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve inventory processes.
