Job Description

Provide critical IT support within our fast-paced fulfillment centers. As an IT Support Associate, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and maintaining the hardware, software, and network infrastructure that keeps our operations running. You will support a wide range of technologies, from handheld scanners and printers to PCs and network equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for IT hardware, including PCs, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot software and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Manage IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
